The site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and site usage. Google may process device, browser, network, approximate-location, and interaction information under its own terms. The general contact form transmits information you choose to provide to the configured site recipient.

Case-evaluation data

The case-evaluation form collects contact details, an optional Ohio county, facility name and incident date, and the description you submit. AvW Consulting sro receives the request and may share it with a licensed law firm solely to evaluate whether the firm may be able to assist. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to route and document the request, address security or legal obligations, and resolve delivery issues.

Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through either form. To ask about or request correction or deletion of a submission, use the general contact form.

Hosting records

The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs for delivery, troubleshooting, and security.
